Thanks for all of your well wishes for Anders's speedy recovery!!
All of that hospital time allowed me to finish a new shawl design. It's going out for test knitting & should be ready for publication by mid August.
I'm thinking about naming it "Meade 126" after the hospital room where I did the bulk of the knitting.
ETA: Thanks to Margene for the suggestion, I'll be naming the pattern "Curatio Shawl". Curatio is Latin for healing.
The yarn is beautiful Plucky Knitter Lace in "Old Blue Eyes". The pattern will also have instructions for a smaller size so that if you choose to use fingering wt it won't be huge.
More details on Ravelry. This link is visible to everyone. You do not need to be a Ravelry member. (Although I highly recommend joining if you are not!)

Sending good thoughts to Anders for quick healing. The shawl is beautiful! Is there a Latin word for healing that would work? Surprisingly Meade 126 has a nice ring.

It's gorgeous as always, and best of luck to Anders for sitting (mostly) still through the healing process!!

Beautiful! Will the pattern be added to Ravelry so that I might queue it? ;)

What a gorgeous design! And just to throw it out there, if you are ever looking for a test knitter, I'd be happy to help out.

Lovely shawl! It must be fun to knit. I've knitted one lately and was amazed how fast it can be to knit one. The color of yours is amazing! Congratulations for this new design!

That is just a lovely shawl -- with a perfect name. Hope Anders is healing well -- and not too bored with all the sitting around.

This is gorgeous! Hope Anders heals soon. One of my daughters had this happen to her. It just takes some time. Congrats to your daughter on her success! Have to finish Que Sera before you release this in August! Thanks for all your inspiration.
